カプリピゥ社は家族経営の小さなリモンチェッロ生産者であり、400年以上続く伝統のレシピで、こだわりの味を造り続けています。着色料や添加物を一切使わず、渋味の一因といわれるレモンの白い果皮をひとつひとつ手作業で取り除くなど、リモンチェッロの上品な味を引き出すための努力を惜しみません。少量生産ならではのあたたかい味わいが今も受け継がれています。
Capripiù is a small, family-run Limoncello producer that has continued to manufacture its signature flavor using a traditional recipe with a history of over 400 years. They spare no effort to bring out the elegant taste of Limoncello by not using any colorants or additives, and manually removing the white rinds of lemons, which are said to be a cause of the astringent taste. Even today, they keep the same heart-warming taste passed down through the generations that cannot be mass-produced.
